TYGON™ products go through extensive quality testing to ensure that our products are safe and reliable. All of our products are backed by a 2 year warranty from date of purchase.

DISCLAIMER

Thank for purchasing the TYGON™ Ultra Lyte. This limited warranty applies to physical goods, and only physical goods purchased from TYGON™ (the”Physical Goods”).

WHAT DOES THE LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?

The limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, TYGON™ will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

WHAT WILL WE DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS?

TYGON™ will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from TYGON is 2 years from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 90 days, from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage (including water damage) not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

You must have the original purchase receipt to quality for any warranty service.

You must register online on our website.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE FOR ANY REASON

A full refund applies to undamaged products for any reason within 30 days from the delivery date to the designated shipping address. The refund process begins upon TYGON™ receiving the device at our warehouse with the following requirements:

  • All accessories must be included
  • Original packaging
  • Buyer responsible for shipping for non-quality related claims
  • TYGON™ refunds cost of product for non-quality related warranty claims
  • TYGON™ may reject claim if any of the above mentioned requirements are not met
  • 30-day money back guarantee expires 30 days after a warranty claim has been initiated. If more than 30 days have past the 30-day refund is no longer applicable. If the product was not purchased via the TYGONTM online store, please contact retailer for their refund policy.
