TYGON™ App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the TYGON™ Application (“App”) for smartphones and tablets, owned and operated by ETS Technologies, LLC (“ETS”).  It is of utmost importance to us to treat your personal information with respect and sensitivity. This policy may be amended from time to time; if changes are introduced we will post the amended policy with the appropriate revised effective date.

The TYGON™ App is intended for use by any individual who desires to use its various functions.  The recorded data can be securely shared between you and your healthcare providers if they choose to.  Use of the App does not create a patient relationship or replace consultation between you and your healthcare provider.


Upon downloading the app you will be required to register by providing your name, address, phone number and email address.  In addition, you will have the option of inputting additional information that you or your healthcare provider deem necessary, such as personal health information or digitally captures images.

By providing us with Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) you agree to our collection and use of such information as stated in this Policy.  Your PII will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes and we will not use your PII to contact you except as stated in this Policy or the End-User License Agreement (“EULA”).


While downloading and using the App certain technical data (device ID number, system and application software and user App interaction information) are automatically collected and retained. The data acquired assists us with the administration of our services, providing networking support, and improving our products and services.

Cookies, web beacons and similar technologies may be used to personalize the App and gather information about App usage by all of our users.  Information that may be collected includes the user’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, mobile device identification, the type of device or operating system used, the browser type and version, the number and frequency of uses of our App, the time and date of use, the time spent in use and other statistics.

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze data extracted from the App.


Currently, our system does not recognize “do-not-track” signals from a browser.  Third parties are not permitted to collect information about our users’ online activities.


Information collected is used primarily to continuously improve the services we provide to you, to comply with legal obligations, business operation and growth, to update and enhance the content you see, and to provide products and services the you request.

Your information may be used for general commercial purposes in accordance with this Policy and the EULA in effect at the time of use.  Aggregate data (void of personal information) may be used for research or commercial use to further improve and customize the content included in the App, further personalizing your experience.

We may contact you via email to answer any questions or inquiries, reset passwords, or provide information about our products and services.  Non-transactional emails can be blocked by “unsubscribing” to an email or by contacting us as indicated in the contact section. You may use the App email function to contact others.


Disclosing PII about you to unaffiliated third parties may occur under the following circumstances: 1) upon your request or authorization; 2) the information is provided to help complete a transaction on your behalf; 3) the information is provided to comply with the law, relevant regulations, governmental requests, court orders or subpoenas, enforcement of our Terms of Use, protection of our rights, property or safety, or those of our users (e.g., consumer reporting agency for fraud protection); 4) the disclosure is part of a purchase, sale or transfer of our services or assets; 5) the information is shared with our agents, external vendors or service providers performing on our behalf; 6) to others specifically indicated in this Policy.  We may disclose non-personally identifiable data to third parties for promotional or other purposes.


The user may review their PII, make changes or corrections, setup or change their preference on receiving communications by contacting us at __________________________.  Your requests will be addressed as promptly as possible. Changes will affect your future use of the PII. To stop the receipt of non-transactional communication in the future, you can follow the directions included in every email you receive from us.

All reasonable measures are taken to ensure that your information if protected, including measures in place in our physical facilities, as well as our computer systems, databases, and communications networks.  These measures are designed to protect your information from loss, misuse, or alteration. We are not responsible for the confidentiality of the information you store in the App. You are also responsible for the security of your information and must make sure that the log-in information is kept secure from other people.  If your smartphone or mobile device is stolen or loss you can contact us at ___________________ to remotely change your password or you can log in to our website to change the password yourself. Transactions entered using the your log-in information will be considered authorized unless otherwise notified by you.

The TYGON™ App uses 128-bit encryption technology to store, transmit and upload any of the PII to and through the application.  We utilize industry-standard firewalls and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) transport to encrypt any electronic transfer of PII.
